Claims

Our dedicated team of claims experts provides essential services for our customers and distribution partners. They are responsible for confirming coverage, requesting and evaluating medical information, and making sure that claims are processed quickly and accurately.

Membership, Billing, and Enrollment

Our Membership, Billing, and Enrollment teams handle the day-to-day maintenance of billing and enrollment and ensure that our customers’ payroll and benefit administration runs smoothly.

Customer Care

Our Customer Care representatives and service support teams aren’t just providing support, they’re building relationships with our customers. Our representatives are knowledgeable, courteous, and go above and beyond when resolving issues for our customers.

Policy Services

Our Policy Services team ensures that new client setup is seamless and efficient, from the time an application is received to the point when a policy is issued. They excel at accuracy, expediency, and flawless execution.

Human Resources and Organizational Development

Our Human Resources and Organizational Development teams find the right people to fill the right roles, and help team members acquire the additional skills necessary to have successful careers and best serve our customers. They also support managers in creating high performing, engaged teams that help make USAble Life a great place to work.

Producer Compensation, Compliance, and Reporting (PCCR)

PCCR team members work hand in hand with our Sales team and our distribution partners to ensure that producer compensation, compliance, and reporting operations run efficiently. They ensure that the agents selling our products are properly licensed and paid quickly, and they coordinate any program changes internally and with our distribution partners.

Information Technology (IT) Solutions

Our IT Solutions team provides innovative approaches and creative solutions to meet the demands of an ever-changing environment. They build and maintain web-based customer interfaces, manage and improve administrative systems and databases, secure our network, and keep our systems and applications running smoothly.

Product Development, Actuarial, and Underwriting

Managing risk is the core of the insurance business. Our Product, Actuarial, and Underwriting teams work together to deliver well-designed and competitively priced products that provide our customers with the protection and peace of mind they need when faced with unexpected life events.

Legal and Finance

Our Legal team ensures that we comply with all applicable laws and regulations. They guide, advise, and shape the future of our business. Our Finance team possesses the analytical skills needed to ensure the prompt and accurate delivery of payroll, as well as critical oversight of accounting, regulatory, investments, and the budget process.

Sales, Account Management, and Marketing and Strategic Planning

Our Sales team turns potential customers into actual customers by connecting them with the right products. Our account managers are responsible for meeting all of the needs of our customers. This involves continuously exploring innovative solutions that will improve the services we offer. Our Marketing and Strategic Planning team drives the process of getting people and businesses interested in our company’s products and services by evaluating the market, creating relevant content and campaigns that educate potential and existing customers.
