Congratulations to the inaugural Alexus Bramwell Leadership Academy graduates

USAble Life’s Alexus Bramwell Leadership Academy selects leaders who are making a difference every day in our business and invests in their growth as part of our ongoing commitment to talent development. We recognize the 36 leaders who participated in the 2023 Leadership Academy.

These leaders completed workshops with Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Fla. Programs include a combination of leadership assessments, executive coaching, action projects, and mentoring based on program levels:

• Leaders on Deck: expands skills, visibility, and exposure to prepare senior leaders for higher-level roles
• Tomorrow’s Leaders: identifies and develops the leaders of the future by developing skills and self-awareness

This program honors the legacy of Lex Bramwell and his foundational work with our Inclusion Council to increase diversity in leadership by investing in leaders at all levels of the organization, reminding us that “it’s not about what you do, it’s about who you bring with you.”
