Providing exceptional customer care is an essential factor that drives the good fortune of every successful company. USAble Life’s director of customer care is responsible for ensuring that our company makes a meaningful difference at every touchpoint.
That role is now very capably filled by Chris Hinesley. When Chris joined USAble Life in October, he brought over 15 years of health care operations and client services management experience to our team. Most recently, while with GoodRx, he managed all business process outsourcing customer support operations.
“Our customers depend on us to provide support and guidance,” said Chris. “I’ve found that any customer experience can have a positive outcome when you adopt a positive approach.”
Despite being with USAble Life for just a short time, Chris’ uplifting and focused approach is already having a positive impact on the customer care team. He’s also working closely with other department leaders to enhance USAble Life’s reputation for providing a best-in-class customer experience.
