New Websites Deliver Faster, Simpler Online Services

We’ve redesigned and expanded the functionality of USAbleLife.com for a better customer experience, including:

• Claims tutorials and forms
• Simplified document search and filtering
• Easier navigation and expanded content
• Enhanced mobile device compatibility
• Streamlined print and ship experience

Benefits administrators have been notified of the site’s improvements on AccessAble,^SM as well as brokers via email communication.

In conjunction with our partners, LSV also launched two new dental websites that closely connect with our partners’ medical sites. On these dental sites, visitors can:

• Find a dentist
• Shop for an individual dental plan
• Access their member or provider account
• Enroll in one of our Dental4Health® programs
• Benefit from a wide range of audience-specific information and resources

These websites are foundational to our dental offerings, and key tools for marketing to retain consumers and employer groups in Florida and Hawaii. LSV worked closely with our partners to build the sites and continues to partner with them to maximize their effectiveness.
